Classes for all levels

We have a wide range of classes planned, from morning meditations, to acro-yoga and even horse yoga. You have multiple options throughout the day for classes that you can jump into. Take as many or as few as you'd like - but this is your chance to try something new!

Camp Activities

Beyond yoga classes we have a wide range of other features that you can join like hikes, horseback riding, zip line, bon fires, and outdoor movies - all included.

Carolina brings nearly 15 years of international wellness experience having taught in nutrition, pilates, personal training, meditation and of course yoga for thousands of students in 2 dozen countries. She is the owner of Flow Yoga in Cedar Park

Danielle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, WBFF Pro Fitness Model, Yoga Instructor & 200-HR Meditation Teacher. She's the owner of Dragon Fit, a platform for Women's Health focusing on Inner Transformation First - Outer Transformation Second

Pinga

A Brazilian fight instructor for the past 20 years, focusing on Capoeira, a unique Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, dance, music and acrobatics.
